The Wings of Freedom Tour, 9/11-13, Quonset

Experience World War II history on the ground and in the air with the Wings of Freedom Tour. The tour will be at Quonset State Airport in North Kingstown, September 11th through 13th.  The Rhode Island stop is part of a 100 city tour in 2019, taking a giant clock-wise loop around the U.S.

The original WWII warbirds can be seen up-close and personal with walk-through tours of authentically restored interiors of the B-17 Flying Fortress and B-24 Liberator and see the B-25 Mitchell, P-51 Mustang, and P-40 Warhawk on the ramp as well.

Availability of select aircraft for ground viewing is subject to change based on weather and maintenance circumstances.

Admission is $15 for adults and $5 for children as and under. World War II veterans are admitted free of charge.

Ground and Walk Through Tour Times are:
