Here’s a quick easy and delicious pizza recipe for all you pizza lovers!

2 (1 lb.) packages of bakery dough...

1 large can of Kitchen Ready tomatoes (crushed)

1 clove of chopped minced garlic

Olive oil


Crushed red pepper

Italian seasoning

1/2 stick of butter

Grated cheese

Sliced pepperoni

1 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cups)


You will need 2 cookies sheets (medium size). Butter well each cookie sheet. Take 1 package of dough and stretch with your hands until it becomes larger. Then smooth it out in buttered cookie sheet.

Repeat the process on the other cookie sheet.

Set cookie sheets aside.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix crushed tomatoes, 1/4 cup of olive oil, crushed garlic and Italian seasoning in bowl. Stir well.

Cover dough on both cookie sheets with tomato mixture evenly. Tomato mixture will be enough for two pizzas.

Sprinkle salt and crushed red pepper over tomatoes. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.

 Bake in oven for 15 minutes, take out and spread mozzarella cheese and sliced pepperoni on top. 


Bake additional 10 to 15 minutes till cheese and pepperoni cook. Keep checking bottom of cookie sheet to see if  bottom crust is browned. Cook till done. (if you like crispy, cook longer)


Slice and serve hot.

Refrigerate leftovers.
